Email policy

We don't send spam. Every email from mycampvault.com is written by a person, to a person, one at a time.

Who we email

Summer camp directors and staff, at the business address their camp publishes for camp business, about software for running their camp.
People who have written to us, or asked us to get in touch.

How we email

Each email is written and sent individually from a named person's mailbox (callum@mycampvault.com). We don't send bulk or automated campaigns.
We never buy, rent or share email lists.
Every email says who we are, and how to reach us.
Our mail is sent through Google Workspace and authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Stopping our emails

Reply "no thanks" (or anything like it) to any email from us, or write to callum@mycampvault.com. We won't email you again, and we'll act on it within two working days.

Reporting a problem

If you think we've sent you something unwanted, please tell us at callum@mycampvault.com. We'll look into it and reply.

We follow the US CAN-SPAM Act and the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
